Our Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides, or Personal Support Aides provide essential support to clients in their homes to help them maintain their independence and dignity.

Personal Care Assistance (PCA) Services include:

  • Personal Hygiene and Grooming: Assistance with dressing, self-feeding, oral hygiene, hair care, grooming, and toileting to support clients in maintaining their personal care needs.
  • Bathing Support: Safe, dignified assistance with bathing, tailored to each client’s preferences and mobility level
  • Safety Monitoring: Standby assistance within arm’s reach for added safety during daily activities
  • Health and Wellness Reminders: Verbal or visual reminders for scheduled treatments, medications, and exercises
  • Nutrition and Dietary Support: Preparation of modified diets as ordered by licensed health professionals
  • Shopping/Errands: Running errands to help you stay organized and manage your daily tasks with ease

All services are supervised by our Director of Nursing, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with each client’s personalized care plan. Our staff regularly update the Director of Nursing on clients’ progress and evolving needs.

 

  Personal Care Assistance: Help clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

  Mobility Support: Assist with transferring clients, walking, and other mobility needs to ensure safety and comfort.

  Medication Reminders: Remind clients to take their prescribed medications as directed by their healthcare provider.

  Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed, ensuring clients’ dietary preferences and restrictions are followed.

  Social Engagement: Facilitate social activities and provide companionship to encourage mental and emotional well-being.

  Errands and Appointments: Assist clients with running errands, including grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, and attending medical or other necessary appointments.
